Order information (in stock items)
Now that you’ve decided to purchase an item from us, what is the next step?
Making the first move to say hello:
You can simply use the comment feature on our blog to place your order. We will reply on the item availability, total cost and bank details via the email address that you’ve provided within 36 hours. In your comment/email to us,
- Type out in full the item that you wish to purchase,
- indicate the country you are located in and
- fill up your particulars (your email and your name). If you are contacting us via the comment function of our blog, pls provide your email in the fields provided and not in the comment text in case you get spam mails from others. If you prefer to email us, you can email us at thechicshop@yahoo.com.sg.
Delivery option:
For orders from Singapore: Choose between normal mail and registered mail. Items will be mailed out within 2 days upon payment. There is no additional delivery charge unless otherwise stated. If you choose to opt for registered post, there will be a one-time charge of S$2.30 for each parcel.
For items above S$150, we offer meet-ups on Saturday mornings at Sengkang (due to our schedule, we are unable to fix it at other times or other locations at the moment).
For orders from other countries: Items will be mailed out on either Wednesday or Saturday via registered air mail. Depending on which part of the world you are located, air mail will take about 6-12 working days. Besides an additional cost of registered airmail (we can only advise on the delivery charges after you decide which items to get), an administrative charge of 3.5% on total cost of purchase/s (including the cost of airmail) will be charged. Pls note that for prices that specifically states for overseas customers, shipping and 3.5% charge have already been calculated.
The clinking sound of money:
For orders from Singapore, payment will be via local bank transfer to our POSB account. Upon payment, we will send you an acknowledgment of your payment and proceed to mail out your purchase/s.
For orders from other countries, payment can be made via paypal. We will send a payment request in Singapore dollars to you once your order is confirmed. Paypal allows payment via credit cards or paypal funds. Upon payment, we will send you an acknowledgment of your payment and proceed to mail out your purchase/s.
